How do you turn this into an emotional benefit that connects with the public?

And how did we get there?

We created a spot (which you have already seen) to communicate the new positioning. In addition, we designed an ad-hoc media plan in social media and digital media, to achieve the maximum reach.

After redefining Fagor's positioning since 2021 and helping the brand to solidify its place in the market, we've gotten really good at it! The KPIs?

For us, one of the most important ones is the following one (and it's not very analytical it's more emotional): Marta from Fagor invites us for croissants every time we meet. We have given her the life she needed ;)
